Internet Managed Clients

Team,

Again any best practice document available to manage the internet managed clients with 9.x ? This is something which we really wants to see how we can manage them. I did read briefly about how it can be managed in the PDF but it is not really sufficient information available.

Is Steve's doc attached here somehow? I would like to get it (I have seen it in the past and it is good) but I don't see that it is attached in this thread.
