Can you give more specifics on what assistance you are looking for? Do you want to install CCP without a routable "Public" network, or can your mgmt node(s), hypervisors, and guest not reach the internet at all?

Is your issue installing the components from the internet? if so you can download them from somewhere you have an internet connection and either put them on a disc or setup an internal web server you can use wget to pull from. You may run into an issue when a dependency needs to be pulled down or update during the package installs.
