We are also seeing this. (9.2) I suspect that its actually the CAB file is not updated.  Its size only changed a little bit this month., usually it changes by a couple MB.

I also suspect the June wsusscn2.cab file is missing all but MS16-070. I am checking for an updated wsusscn2.cab file several times an hour and will send out an update when I detect a new wsusscn2.cab file.

Accelerite Patch Team is aware of this issue with June acquisition and researching this problem.  We will provide regular updates as this progresses.

The Patch Team has investigated this issue and found that the metadata for these new bulletins is not present in Wsusscn2.cab file.

The same can be verified by running an MBSA scan in offline mode against this newly released wsusscn2.cab file,  this will not not detect any of the newly released bulletins.

This issue has been raised in the Microsoft forum by many users who have performed offline scanning via wsusscn2.cab and experienced the same result.

Additionally PSL has raised a ticket with Microsoft for clarification on this.

I have just downloaded a copy of wsusscn2.cab file and there is no difference from a copy downloaded last night.

As well we have not received an update from Microsoft

I have heard unofficially that the wsusscn2.cab is being processed and should be released later this evening if everything goes as planned. I have no way of verifying this information but it comes from a trusted source.

The wsusscn2.cab file has been updated by Microsoft.

Acquisition complete and June Bulletins are present in Radia.
