system vm agent state blank. Cant console to system vm

I have had unending issue reinstalling Cloudplatform 4.5. After installation the console proxy and ssvm agent state is usually blank. I have followed https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/CLOUDSTACK/SSVM,+templates,+Secondary+storage+troubleshooting but nothing still works. When I run /usr/local/cloud/systemvm/ssvm-check.sh inside ssvm or console proxy it passes all the test. the problem though is that when you click on console it doesnt go through. It times out or gives you connection refused. Is there anything I am missing? Meanwhile I am using virtual xenserver and my template seeding was offline.

This looks like a firewall related issue. Please review if the required ports are open.

Thanks Abishek. I have actually disabled both firewall on the XenServer and Cloudplatform. I have also tested system vm with the recommended script and all passed. Am wondering, does it have anything to do with XenServer 6.2 that I am using but I thought XenServer 6.2 is supported. I have been on this for weeks now. Am also wondering is it because of the virtual xenserver am using?

Hi Chidi Uchegbu,

Could you please verify if the client machine from where you are accessing the console of VM has access to the port 443 of the public ip on console proxy vm. You could try this from client machine:

telnet <public ip of console proxy vm> 443

Also verify if the console proxy VM can access the xenserver master on port 443 as well.
