

Problem with user activation
Hi Adorid,
It seems the workflow which activates the account has errored out.
Can you please check the workflow at: Company Setup* >> *History* >> Click on *View for "Tenant State Change " transaction.?
If you see the workflow in error state then , follow below steps to reset the workflow:
# Login as root user
# Navigate to All Accounts* >> <+select this account+> >> History* >> Click on *View for "Tenant State Change " transaction.
# Click on "*Reset*" button available on top right corner.
# Wait for some time, it will re-run the failed activities in the workflow and resume the workflow.
# After the workflow is resumed you will have to update Credit card info, if the account is retail, or need to approve the request as root if the account is corporate. For updating Credit card info, master user will see a task on dashboard under "*My Tasks*" widget. For approval root user will see a task on dashboard under "*My Tasks*" widget.
