Can I filter status as "Not Solved" from "My Support" page ?

I want to see both "Open" and "Awaiting your reply" cases.

This is possible but it is not a simple click. You will need to use 'Search requests' filter on the ticket listings page and then enter the following text to achieve what you are trying to do:

status<solved
