I'm getting the below error , while trying to deploying anything on agent machines.
RADPINIT pinit_rc:[209] - [Error transferring physical application files from server.]
Please suggest on this.

I believe you get this error if your Radia Agent is connecting to a Full-service Satellite that has not been synchronized with the Core server, hence the datafiles are not in the Radia ProxyServer cache of the Full-service Satellite.

OK, could be a few things then I suppose.
Is the Core server DATA SAP Enabled?
Check the CSDB "Enabled" variable as shown below:
And check this one too, RCSDATA must be set to Y:

The RCSDATA variable is the one with friendly name 'Download Data from RCS [Y/N]', change it to Y.
