According to the following announcement, tests are in progress about upgrading to Windows 10 1803 through OS Manager and Software Manager, but it is not available yet.

are somewhere described instructions how to upgrade older Windows 10 machines to 1803 using Patch manager (preferred) or Software manager without use of OS manager?
