What are the issues you faced with Xenserver 6.5
I am also testing Xenserver 6.5 on cloudstack. Please support me on this test at your end.
Manish, I am not sure what you mean by "fully" but yes, CloudPlatform 4.5 has support for XenServer 6.5, that is, all CCP features are supported with XenServer 6.5.
I haven't heard of any major issues in this configuration.

Mike, I believe VM sync should be able to accommodate movements from XS WLB.
I agree with Somesh, the version is supported. Perhaps, it has been documented in the admin guide , if i am not wrong.

if you are talking about the open source version of CloudStack 4.4 (the open source version) it does not support XenServer 6.5 yet - in the management server logs it will say this XenServer version is not supported.
