Cannot enable service for Power User and User

Hi,

I created Power User and User from Master User.
When I log in as Power User or User, I cannot browse catalog and cannot create VM.
When I log in as Power User, the DashBoard in Home display following message.
[Please visit the Company Setup --> Services page to sign up to at least one

service in order to be able to access the catalog. ]
[Enabled] botton of cloud service in Home>>Services is disabled.
Master User of that account cannot enable Services for Power User or User.

Can anyone explain about enabling service for Power User and User.

I assume Power User and User can see catalog and create VM.

Cannot enable service for Power User and User

The bootstrapping of cloud service is explained in: http://support.citrix.com/proddocs/topic/ccpb-20-map/ccpb-bootstrapping.html

Master user can only enable the service for the account. "Enable Service" means showing an intent to signing up for the cloud service. When enabled, all users of the account - who has right roles, will be able to browse the catalog and able to provision resources.

Hi HTH,

I assume that Power User have the role to create VM by default.

In CPBM1.4,
Administration>>Profiles>>Customer>>Power User>>Cloud Resources manage is Allowed by default.
So it can browse catalog and create VM.

In CPBM2,
Administration>>Profiles>>Customer>>Power User>>Cloud Resources Management is NOT Allowed by default.
So we have to Allow it manually after install for Power User to be able to browse catalog and create VM.
(I see we can Allow it if we wish while adding the cloudplatform service )

But...
Should not the Cloud Resources Management Role be Allowed by default if the documentation says the Power User can create VM?
