Unable to Logon to CPBMv2 after CCP 3.0.6 integration
Hi Tim,
There is a known issue in CPBM 2.0, where login to the CPBM portal errors if there was a failure while adding the CloudPlatform instance for the first time. Please check the item four at: http://support.citrix.com/proddocs/topic/ccpb-20-map/ccpb-known-issues-20.html
To fix the issue follow below step:
# Stop CPBM server
# Drop cloud_portal database
# Re-create cloud_portal database
# Start the CPBM server
# Add the CCP instance again. Make sure you provide all the information correctly in first attempt.
Note: Above steps will revert all of the changes made by you.
