Accessing VM through "view console" option not working

Hi,

I had created an instance using Windows 7 os and was trying to access it through the "View Console" option in the cloud platform. The problem that I face is I m not able to access the windows GUI using the mouse pointer but with the keyboard i m able to.

what should i do to access the UI using the mouse pointer?

Hi, which hypervisor is the affected VM running on? This is most often seen with vSphere VMs. Make sure to install the hypervisor tools (e.g. VMware Tools) in the VM and reboot it. If they are installed already, try a reinstall.

Jolly good ! installed the VMware tools and it works now !

Jolly good ! was using Vmware hypervisor and installed the VMware tools on the guest VM's and it works now !
