We install a CloudStack platform ver.4.2.1 based on ESX hypervisors.
The First question - how to create Template from existisng VMs?

But where this Button located?

"Create Template" button is located on the volumes details page.
Please navigate to the volumes page and locate the root volume of the desired VM and then click this button to create a template out of it.

In my case its work great!
I deploy Instanse from Win2012R2 ISO, use Sysprep, and then create Template.
