Development of Plugin in 4.3

Hello!

Is there a possibility and any guidelines to add some new plugins for the CloudPlatform 4.3.
Both for Interface and for API development.

Have seen some guidelines for CloudStack version 4.2, but in 4.3, as I understand, there are some changes in Framework ( Spring is used in 4.3 ), so these guidelines won't work out anymore.

Development of Plugin in 4.3

Found this Developer guide
( http://support.citrix.com/servlet/KbServlet/download/37141-102-709291/CitrixCloudPlatform4.3DevelopersGuide.pdf ), and in Chapter 10 it is mentioned how to build a new storage plugin. Sadly, it is not applicable to the current version of CP, as there is different folder structure and there are no such files like client/pom.xml and ApplicationContext.xml

Hope anyone can help me out with this.
