If it's an internal web server, make sure to add the IP or CIDR to secstorage.allowed.internal.sites in Global Settings and restart the management server. If that is not applicable, check the management-server.log for errors, and log on to the SSVM and try downloading the template with +wget+.

secstorage.allowed.internal.sites = 10.39.1.9/32

i test whit command line wget
wget http://10.39.1.9/isoname.iso
starting download
and then i fined iso in /root/isoname.iso
so download completed

but i go to cloudstack
template
register iso
add
after rigester
ready No
status (empty)
download (empty)

If you haven't already done so, I would work through the troubleshooting steps in https://cwiki.apache.org/CLOUDSTACK/ssvm-troubleshooting.html.

Also, once logged into the SSVM, take a close look at its route table and iptables configuration.

I usually use a full subnet CIDR for secstorage.allowed.internal.sites, but a /32 should work. Again, take a close look at the routing and firewall on SSVM.

You may have to look at the /usr/local/cloud/systemvm/cloud.log to find out the exact reason why the template/ISO is not being downloaded.

But a couple of things that you could check,
1. Is there an entry for the given template/ISO in the table template_host_ref ?
2. Is the SSVM agent showing as connected/Up in the DB?

Also, it is worth running the SSVM diagnostic script as recommended by Mike in an earlier post.

I have the same problem. I am using Cloudstack 4.4. I am unable to see any download option for the ISO that i upload.

I managed to get the log file and run scripts, but nothing seems wrong. One thing though, that caught my concern was:- there is no entry for any template in the table "template_host_ref" . What do you think, could be wrong?
