Hi,
We have two ticketing services available in CPBM 2.0 out of the box, i.e Salesforce.com and Webform2email.
You can enable Webform2email from Home >> All Services >> B/OSS >> Webform2email.
This is a very basic ticketing system, it allows user to send email to a pre-configured support email alias.
It does not have any list tickets view.
