When using the Component Select Publishing Option in Publisher Radia places the files on the target machines where you published them from on your admin tools machine. It is easiest place the files in the desired location "c:\dropzone\" on your publishing workstation where you have the Admin tools installed.
You should NOT publish from or to Mapped Network Drives.
I have found that If you have local disk Volumes connected to a folder path you cannot browse this attached volume using publisher on your publishing workstation where your Admin tools are installed, but the Radia client will place the files in that location on target machines even if they have Volumes attached to a folder path. So don't use the folder attached Volumes on your publishing workstation.
Alternatively you could publish from "c:temp\package\" on the publishing workstation and then change the file/folder/path objects in CSDB but that is not recommended.
