No Templates in add instances in cloudplatform 3

Hi

I have a big problem.

I download the Vm-templeastes and run 100 Procent Ok to the secondary storage.
/usr/lib64/cloud/agent/scripts/storage/secondary/cloud-install-sys-tmplt -m
/mnt/secondary -u http://download.cloud.com/templates/acton/acton-systemvm-02062012.vhd.bz2
-h xenserver

But i can't creat instances it is empty. In step 2 of the wizard.

In templates i have this error under the templates:
Timeout waiting for response from storage host And Ready NO
Should be ready !!!

And on the dashboard cloudplatform a host alert:
nfs://x.x.x.x/volumes/vol0/nfs2 Alert state detected
(This is my secondary storage)

The Basic Setup Wizard run Ok no error ???...add secondary storage and everything.

DNS internally and Externally is 8.8.8.8 and can ping all way around and everything looks nice....
I have Cloudplatform on a Vm on a xenserver and i have not installed CSP on that Hypervisor..
WHY THIS NOW ? last step so it works...please somebody tell me what is wrong ?

The problem was ..SSVM second storage virtuel machine S-1-VM

From where the SSVM is located from the host from the Xenserver console, run ssh -i /root/.ssh/id_rsa.cloud -p 3922 root@IP-OF-SSVM

Run /usr/local/cloud/systemvm/ssvm-check.sh see if there are a error.

This worked for me:
On the SSVM
service cloud stop
service cloud start
This will start the download of templates again....also try to restart the Management server again this will sync the templates download.

Now the SystemVm xenserver template is in READY state and Download COMPLETE 100%

SO why THE F...... can't i see the templates when adding a new instance VM ??

Followed the guid and umount the /mnt/secondary on the MS. and all seems to be OK.

Im beginning to think that Cloudplatform(Cloudstack) is grap....citrix help me.....!!!

Not sure if u resolved this, but I had this same issue recently -

Once I logged into CloudPatformManager initally, its a known issue with timing and I had to restart S-1-VM to re-initiate the timing and download of the template.

Worked like a charm.
