Hi, Kondal. CloudPlatform / Apache CloudStack can be used to build an IaaS public or private cloud. Resources in such a cloud can be used for a SaaS solution, but CloudPlatform won't do that part for you. Basic setup in Cloud Platform is the following.

One bare metal server to run Citrix Cloud platform (Cloudstack) or a Hypervisor with one VM for CentOS.
One Hypervisor of your choice. (The Citrix Cloud platformOS (VM) you need a clean Hypervisor)
On the same Lan.
Outside access

One Primary Storage and one Secondary storage. (Could be local disk)

Setup in Basic Setup wizard when logging into Web portal of the Citrix Cloudplatform.
