User Uploaded ISOs and Master User Access

Scenario: Standard user creates ISO - when master user logs on they cannot see this users ISO? Is this by design? How can the master user manage user ISO's?

User Uploaded ISOs and Master User Access

This is by design. CloudPlatform does not allow one user to see private templates of another user (even if the user is the domain admin of the other user's account's domain).
