In CPBM, for corporate(invoice) customers, apart from using notional billing how are payments made/recorded against an invoice?

In CPBM 1.4.5, I am not seeing the Record Payment option, Instead, I get 'No Availabe Actions' as shown in the attached screenshot.
Are there any configuration parameters that need to be set to enable the Record Payment option?

For other reader's interest, the record payment feature is available as per Bala's attachment when logged in as an administrator.
