Cannot access Support Tickets Page

Hi ,

I cannot access Tickets tab in Support page.The page with following error shows up.
??????????????????
Oops! An error has occurred. Please contact technical support at Support website.

Attached is error log when Tickets tab is accessed.

Any suggestion please.

Hi,

We have two ticketing services available in CPBM 2.0 out of the box, i.e Salesforce.com and Webform2email.
You can enable Webform2email from Home >> All Services >> B/OSS >> Webform2email.

This is a very basic ticketing system, it allows user to send email to a pre-configured support email alias.
It does not have any list tickets view.

Cannot access Support Tickets Page

Hi,

In order to understand the issue better can you please answer following questions?
1. Have you configured and enabled the B/OSS service for Salesforce.com?
2. Are you able to see "Tickets" widget on root users dashboard?
3. You are getting the error while accessing "Support >> All Tickets" tab as ROOT/Master user or Normal user?

Sorry for long silence as I have some other internal problems.

>1. Have you configured and enabled the B/OSS service for Salesforce.com?
I don't know how to configure and enable B/OSS.Is it "Administration>>Configuration>>B/OSS Integration" setting?
Is Tickets Service not usable without integrating Salesforce.com?
I want to use Tickets Service without integrating Salesforce.com.

I can't see that.

I am getting the error while accessing "Support >> Tickets" tab in Corporate or Trial Master user.
