That attribute is not required. Out of the box, Radia does not use the attribute, but some customers have developed their own customized policy resolution scripts to distinguish between machine owners and casual users and treat them differently in terms of user-based policy assignments. In your case, and generally, the fact that this attribute is missing from the Radia schema extensions in your Active Directory will have no adverse impact on Radia operations.
