Retrieving RCA agent status
Hi all,
I was wondering how can we check the RCA agent status on each client machine from core server.

Hi Sumant,
To add on to what Andres has said, if you go to the View Devices on the Reporting homepage it will detail the last time an agent connected. Sort the list by Last Connect to show if there are agents not connecting on schedule. That's your first place to look really. If an agent is having an issue it more than likely will not be reporting to the Core.
At that point someone will need to RDP to the workstation to see the error logs. Then jump back on here if you want some help with a particular agent and someone will chime in.
