SSVM Will not download a template OVA or ISO until restart

Hi All!
I have successfully installed cloudstack 4.0 on CentOS 6.3.
Only problem I am having is with templates and the SSVM.

After I register a new OVA or ISO via the GUI, the Status gets stuck at 2-5% downloading for forever.
It is only after I restart the SSVM(Secondary Storage VM) that the download actually starts and completes successfully.

As I am unable to log into the SSVM server because of a public key error, how can I resolve this?

I have added my webserver to secstorage.allowed.internal.sites

Please be aware that on this forum we do not support open source CloudStack, sorry. But we do support CloudPlatform. For open source CloudStack please try send email on CloudStack mailing list.

I am not really familiar with public key error, can you quite exact error you get.

Sorry I didnt realize.

My answer was to deleted the SSVM and allow the management server to automatically rebuild the SSVM server. Everything works fine now
