I've not had the pleasure of trying to get the SAML2 plugin work, but like any plugin you will need to put the JAR file in the plugins directory and update the config files to let CloudPlatform know of its existence. Once this is done, you should find the new settings in "Global Settings", after a restart of course.

I'm not sure if this plugin is supported by Citrix or not, but it should work similar to ACS.
