In CPBM 2.1 on the dashboard screen what does the Active Subscriptions value represent?
I have CPBM 2.1 configured with the ACS connector, when a user purchases a VM, under the "Manage Services > "Manage Resources" the ACS dashboard in CPBM shows Running VMs=1, Total VMs=1. However, the CPBM dashboard shows Active Subscriptions=0.
If I then login to CPBM as ROOT the dashboard also shows Active Subscriptions=0.
Should the Active Subscriptions show 1 ?
Is this a bug or does something need to be configured somewhere?

If you launched a VM through the ACS console or through the API, CPBM will take upto a day to create a subscription for it. It will do it when it collects usage for the previous day (and detects that this VM has no subscription).

The VM was launched in CPBM from 'Catalog > Configure and Subscribe' - when should this show under the Active Subscriptions widget on the dashboard?
I launched a VM through the ACS console, CPBM sent me 2x identical "VM Launch Notification" emails, but it has been a day and a subscription has not been created yet.
1) What is the batch job that detects that a VM has no subscription and creates one for it?
2) Once CPBM creates such a subscription, how does it then know what to charge for that VM?
