We have a problem...Trying to install the db on separate node and using RHEL 6.3 and the MySQL.
We get error when trying to install with the cloud-setup-database script: Access Denied
We get error when trying to connect remotely to the MySQL db also:
error 1045 (28000) access denied for user

We have tried skip grant tables command and then we can connect ..BUT not install because there is some check on this "safe mode" (which is good cause you need to have a pwd, of course)

Does anyone have any input on this?
Any ideas?
I am not an MySQL guru ..and have googled this for a day now ;)
