2. What is the theme of this hackathon?
Ans. The way of working with AI will be at the core of this hackathon, driving dynamic collaboration, bold brainstorming, and rapid prototyping. Get ready for a triple thrill! Three exciting themes will be unveiled just before we kick off—each designed to ignite your creativity and push your skills to the limit. Embrace the challenge, unleash your innovation, and redefine the future with AI!
3. Who can participate?
Ans. If you’re a Persistent employee, nominated by your BU or self-registered, you’re in! We recommend you attend Day 1 workshop (June 28, 2025) to gain a thorough understanding of the AI platform that will power your innovations. This is your chance to shine and innovate alongside your peers.
4. What’s the timeline of the event?
Ans:
- Kickoff: 9:30 AM, June 29, 2025
- Submission Deadline: 5:30 PM, June 29, 2025 (bonus points for early birds!)
- Awards Ceremony: 9:00 PM, June 29, 2025

5. How many people can be on a team?
Ans: Teams of 1 to 4 members—go solo or assemble your dream squad!
6. Can I participate solo?
Ans: Absolutely! Whether flying solo or teaming up, your innovation counts.
7. Can I be part of multiple teams?
Ans: To keep things fair and focused, each participant can join only one team.
8. Can I attend virtually?
Ans: Yes! Join us in-person or from anywhere—this hackathon is truly for everyone.
9. How can the team be formed?
Ans: Find your teammates, pick your leader, and fill out the team survey here. Let’s build unstoppable teams!
10. Can we start coding before the hackathon?
Ans: No early coding - fairness first! But here’s the exciting twist: with SASVA 3.0 and AI, teams have built powerful workflows and prototypes in just 30-45 minutes. The real magic is in how smartly you use AI during the event. Come curious, come ready to innovate fast!
11. Are there any restrictions on the tech stack?
Ans: None! Use your favorite languages and tools—Python, Java, JavaScript, or anything else. SASVA 3.0 plays well with all, supercharging your innovation no matter the stack.
12. How will projects be judged?
Ans. Your creations will be evaluated on:
- Impact (30 points)
- Technical Depth (30 points)
- SASVA Leverage (20 points)
- Feasibility (10 points)
- Storytelling (10 points)

14. Where do I go for assistance with installation, setup, or technical issues?
Ans. Help is just a message away! Join the live MS Teams chat at the venue starting 9:30 AM on both days for instant support. We also recommend testing your setup a day before with the IT team. 15. Will participation certificates be provided?
Ans: Yes! Every participant who presents their project to the judges will receive a digital certificate recognizing their achievement.
16. I have a client laptop; can I get a spare laptop for the hackathon?
Ans: Yes, limited spare laptops are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Contact us early to secure yours!
17. Can I leave or switch teams after registration?
Ans: To keep the competition fair and smooth, team changes aren’t allowed after finalization. Commit fully and get ready to collaborate!
18. Will there be mentors available during the hackathon?
Ans: Absolutely! Our SASVA experts will be on hand throughout to guide, inspire, and support your journey.
19. What format should the final submission be in?
Ans: You’ll submit:
- A code repository link
- A 3–5 minute demo video
- A presentation (using our provided template)
