Problem:

This is a quick guide on how to request a Persistent Evolve License from your Persistent Evolve Suite application, both with Authorization ID and License ID.

Resolution:

To request a license, you will need to generate Reginfo.txt file which will contains all you need to make the request including your unique "License ID" from Persistent Evolve.

Please open Persistent Evolve Suite application, from the main screen, Open License Manager (you need system admin logon to open License Manager).

From the File tab select "Request New License" select the license type for the Product you have purchased in this example Client has been selected. For Concurrent & Named license, please select the right box according to your license type.

Note: If you're not sure what type of license you have, please email: support@persistent.com to confirm it.

Legacy users with Authorization ID:

This will open the License window.

Fill in your Name, Company Name, Email, check the Machine Identifier and enter your own Authorization ID.

Then click OK

Navigate to the file and Email it to support@persistent.com

Latest release with only Persistent License ID:

Tick the Persistent License tick box.

The License ID will now generate, next click the Register by Text File

On the Details to Send to Casewise screen

Fill in your Name, Company Name, Email, check the Machine Identifier and your Auth ID is auto generated.

Here are the details as they show in the Reginfo.txt file

Now send the completed reginfo.txt file to support@persistent.com or Email to PersistentEvolve_Support@persistent.com

Once the file is shared, our team will create the License and send back the License file to you.
