Installing remote Proxy Servers, Publish applications to CSDB, Create SAP Instances, modify service instances, retrieve CSDB and client status information, etc.

Radia Agent implements the nvdagent WMI provider. This functionality can be consumed using powershell. Not sure how helpful it will be to you.
