Hi
Currently we don't have access to logs, Please let us know some of the valid root causes of issues.
Please attach the management server logs as this error can be caused by numerous things :).
Resource constraints, a problem talking to the Virtual Router for the domain, configuration problem (did you deploy previous VMs or is this the first VM you're attempting to deploy since the installation of CPP?)
In that case you should look along the lines of problem with your Virtual Router or resource constraints.
Did you recently upgrade to 3.0.5 ? When we upgraded to 3.0.6 (we skipped 3.0.5) we couldn't deploy VM's as well, it turned out to be a fixed "bug" regarding CPU frequency. We set the Mhz to 2000 in our Service Offerings but the CPU actually had core of 1995 Mhz (displayed as 2.0 Ghz) so CloudPlatform didn't deploy VM's because there was no CPU with 2000 Mhz available.
