Edit user window does not show up

Edit user window does not show up

When going to Administrator --> Service Provider users --> Edit the root user
the subsequent menu with the root user details does not show up, a blank page is presented.
Same is true when moving to email addresses.

What could be the reason for this?
In the customer network we use a proxy which might not expose all ports from the internet. We saw that the page tries to access google analytics and gravatar. May it be that some ports could not be accessed or one of these pages is blocked by the proxy?

What exactly do we have to release in the proxy and why are we contacting google analytics?

Could you clarify on the CPBM version number for us to look in?

CPBM uses reCAPTCHA feature to block spams/automatic sign up hacks. Older versions of CPBM used to include a default test google account for reCAPTCHA,

What are the values for google analytics properties (Administration -> Integration -> google.analytics.* ) ?

Hi Madan,

sorry for the delay in responding back.

The version number I was referring to is 1.4.4.

Unfortunately I don't have access to the customer environment any more. We suggested to disable the google analytics call out (used default values before).

Will update this thread if the issue comes up again.
