Hi,

We are evaulating the Citrix cloud portal 1.4.

As per the installtion guide we have successfully installed the Citrix cloud portal 1.4 on CentOS 6.2.

But we are not able to access the portal with URL http://<IP Address>:8080/Portal.

We have also checked the CAS URL http://<IP Address>:8080/cas which is accessible but after loging with root user it will not display anything.

Please help to resolve this issue.

Hi Kalpesh,

Could you confirm whether steps mentioned in the following document are followed:
http://support.citrix.com/proddocs/topic/cloudportalbusiness-14/ccpb-install.html

We would require the catalina.out from /var/log/cloud/portal/ to determine what kind of error your facing.

Same Issue, (CAS was not installed)

Perhaps, EPEL 6-7 was not downloadable (error 404) while performing the CloudPortal installationm after investigation I downloaded 6-8 (http://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/6/i386/epel-release-6-8.noarch.rpm).

I was then able to continue with the installation.

Now I get error 404 (from Apache Tomcat) The requested resource () is not available.

I found out the error was caused by a wrong mysql password.
Now it is working

How did you solve it, where was the bad password? I´m having the exact same problem

CPBM 1.4.5 is available now and 6.8 dependency issue is resolved in CPBM 1.4.5
