CPBM 1.4.6 Bundles not showing

Hello,

I have created some VMs typed in prices, published, added them to a catalog,
but they are not showing for the customers, should i do more ?

The current settings are showing that they are published.

Kind regards
Gert

Hi Gert,

A couple of questions that may help?

1) Have you hit or gone past the 'Set plan date' for your version of the Catalog?
2) Did you go through all the Products and ensure they have a price, even 0.00 for all the currencies you are supporting, likewise with your Bundles ?

Regards.

Couple of more things to verify.

1. I know you created the catalog yesterday. Can you confirm that the plan date was today (ie in the Plan menu, you're seeing 'Set Plan Date' as an option again.
2. Can you verify that you've published all your bundles?

Yesturday a set the publish date today, i still can not see the compute bundles.

I could just be me misunderstanding in how to create a bundle.

If somebody have a link to a howto or somthing it would be great.

What i did was:
Create a product - running VM
Chose and instance

Created a bundle
chose a bundle type = Compute
charge frequency = Monthly

In the intitlements on the bundle
i added the product clicked on unlimited hours
and added xenserver unlimited hours.

published it waited for day, - LOL

Am i missing somthing..

Kind regards
Gert

Gert,

You didn't mention creating template groups. Unless you create them, the system does not know how to charge the user for the templates being used, so it prevents users from creating VMs.

You should create a Template Group (and/or ISO group) and add some templates/ISOs to it.

Note: you can add them as entitlements to the bundles if you wish to restrict which templates are usable with that bundle, but otherwise you don't need to.
