How do I use the BSS API to determine a tenant UUID give the name of a user for the tenant?

The BSS API docs explain that REST requests need to include a timestamp.

The timestamp is the system clock in milliseconds.  However, the system clock in Windows uses a different epoch than Linux / Unix.

Do you have any advice on how to calculate the timestamp from a Windows system clock?

When i logged with a master user and try to create a account, there is a bug screen.

I can write informations for username,Email, and first name is impossible because there are no scroll bar or anything to click and next.

Have you ever seen this before ?

In CPBM, under IAAS bundle,  when I want to create a template using the bundle wizard, I choose in the following settings:

Category: Software OS 

Product Details: Running VM

Madiation Rules: In this page, I should choose the OS template that I create in a previous step in CloudPlatform.

... and here the issue... what  I get  as options are the ISO templates and not the OS templates. I attach some screen from CloudPlatform and CPBM

How can I troubleshoot this ?

I have since found a problem when creating a VM, after the clicking the 'Subscribe and Provision' no VM is actually created in CCP. I receive a 'Provision Resource Failed' email:

Resource Provision for the following subscription has been failed.

• Product Bundle : VM 2GB Linux

• Service Resource Type: VirtualMachine

• Service Instance: Cloud

Please go to your subscription and try to provision your resource.

The CCP management log shows this:

After I enable a CPSM connector and add it on CPBM, I need to add a new service for each Channel, but CPBM show follow error: "could not register tenant", and after the error we can see on CPSM was able to create the customer but the admin user for that account was not create it. when I check  the log error on CPBM server I got the following information.

I have just finnishing the upgraded for CPBM 2.1 to 2.2. Before the upgrade I had the pre-version of CPSM connector enabled. After the upgrade I can still see the old CPMS connector enabled, not the new one? CPBMUI shows the version as 0.0.9 which is the old one? 

Any indeas how can I make the new CPSM connector available?

After complete all the configuration and setup required for the Windows Desktop ( AD, SSO, Web Conector, Network, etc)  and after enable the setup of the Windows Desktop Connector, I cant access as a user the Catalog, basically it shows an erorr. and from the logs this is the error details.

I´m trying to configure a Integration "SSO" between CPBM 2.2 with CP 4.2.1 and in the CPBM when I click in the button "Launch CloudPlataform" show me the error "Log in to CloudStack failed".

I did a lot of steps as SSO, API, Secret Key, DomainID, Agent, etc...

( Since I dont have access to CSM, I would like to understand if Cloud Business Manager is the right product to build a XenDesktop / XenApp infrastructure with charge back and self provisioning for a on-premises solution.

Hi,

I need to change a label text in CPBM web page. I tried following steps but failed. Who please help to solve the problem. Thanks in advance.

1. Find the jar package included that jsp page, eg. cloud.apachecloudstack.fragment-1.1.1.jar

includes virtualMachineEditor.jsp. I need to change text of "label.subscribe.hostname.optional"

2. Find the multi-language package named portal.appresources-2.1.1.jar, unpack it.

3. Modify that line in the all related files: ApplicationResources*.properties.

4. Pack it and copy it back and restart cloud-portal service.

5. Login and find no change in that UI.

So who knows what's wrong here? Thanks!

I installed an IaaS connector by by putting its jars in the "/usr/share/vts3/connectors" directory.

It all seems fine and the connector was working as expected.

But when I tried to remove it I I found out that just deleting it from "/usr/share/vts3/connectors" has no effect. 

What is the right way to uninstall a connector?

I also tried to upgrade to a newer version by replacing the jar with new jars but again it seem like it had no effect.

I'm trying to develop a new connector but:

1. The download link in http://support.citrix.com/proddocs/topic/cpbm-21-map/ccpb-cssdk-develop-using-sdk-20-con.html (http://www.citrix.com/downloads/cloudportal/product-software/cloudportal-business-manager-21.html) is "restricted". 

2. I think I got some version of the SDK - but I can't find the "Connector Fragment" Archetype. I see only one Archetype after installing the SDk.

I'm trying to set a CloudPlatform instance using CCP.
