CloudProtal Business Manager Retail Account type "fail

CloudProtal Business Manager Retail Account type "fail

Hi,all,
I install CPBM 1.4.5 and CloudPlatform 3.0.6 finish for POC Demo
I sign a Retail account

than , login as account and company setup
after input Credit Card information
display error message
fail to update payment d"etail,Please contace support"

Any settings I shoud modify it ? or check it ?

Hi Aster,

Before you add credit card details for any retail account you have to provide configuration details for payment gateway.
Can you please check that you have valid credentials set for the payment gateway in configurations?

To check payment gateway configurations navigate to "Administration" >> "Configuration" >> "Integration", and select "Payment Gateway" from drop down.

Hi Manish,
I don't have payment gateway in POC /Demo environment

Any setting that I can skip payment gateway and continue

Hi Aster,

For the purpose of POC I would suggest you to use "*Liquibase context*" as "demo". This is being asked when you run install and configure CloudPortal Business Manager from the install menu.

This will add some configurations only for the purpose of POC/demo.

For now, you can create corporate account to continue and avoid payment gateway.
